By accessing or using the eCommuny platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
eCommuny provides a cloud-based platform for homeowner association management, including but not limited to billing, document management, compliance tracking, and community websites.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Platform fees and payment processing fees are disclosed during onboarding and may be updated with 30 days notice.
